The environment in which the motor is customized should be kept dry, because it is easy to cause some parts to rust under wet conditions, and the surface of the motor custom product should be kept clean for a long time, and it should not be polluted and hindered by fiber dust in its air intake. When the continuous protection action of the thermal protection of the motor is customized, it should be found out whether the fault comes from the overload of the motor customization itself or the protection device, the setting value is too low, and it can only continue to be put into operation after the fault is cleared, and the customized motor product should be guaranteed to maintain good lubrication during operation.

Generally speaking, the customized motor products should be supplemented or replaced with new lubricating oil after 5000 hours of operation, and the lubricating oil should be replaced in time if the bearing is overheated or the lubricating oil deteriorates during operation. After the grease has been replaced, the original oil should be cleaned and the bearing and bearing cover oil plant should be cleaned with gasoline, and the new grease should be filled in the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing. When the life of the bearing reaches a certain level, the obstacle and noise of the electric custom movement will become significantly larger, and it is necessary to check whether the clearance of the bearing reaches the set value, and then replace the new bearing.

Due to the limitation of its own structure, it is difficult to make a breakthrough in the feed speed, acceleration, and fast positioning accuracy of the traditional "rotating machine + ball screw" feed transmission mode on the machine tool, which can no longer meet the higher requirements of high-speed cutting and precision machining for the servo performance of the machine tool feed system. Linear motor customization converts electrical energy directly into linear motion mechanical energy, without any intermediate conversion mechanism of the transmission device. It has the advantages of large starting thrust, high transmission rigidity, fast dynamic response, high positioning accuracy, and unlimited stroke length.

In the machine tool feed system customized by the motor, the difference between the direct drive of the linear motor and the original rotary motor transmission is that the mechanical transmission link between the motor and the workbench (carriage) is canceled, and the length of the machine tool feed transmission chain is shortened to zero, so this transmission mode is also called "zero transmission". It is precisely because of this "zero transmission" mode that the performance indicators and advantages that cannot be achieved by the original rotary motor drive method.
